Children in Gaza and Syria are experiencing severe starvation and urgently require our assistance.
Please, continue to look at the photos below of the current situation.
Summary
The idea of the project is to support 100 orphan children in the Gaza Strip and 100 others in northern Syria on three levels: 1- A monthly sum of money paid to the orphan. 2- Supporting the orphan and providing his seasonal needs, such as holidays, school opening times, and the winter season. 3- Follow up on the orphan periodically psychologically and provide him with moral support through periodic visits and organizing activities such as trips and competitions.
Challenge
The issue is that the number of orphans is continually rising in both Gaza and northern Syria as the war persists in these regions. Due to the overwhelming numbers, humanitarian associations and organizations can no longer meet the needs of all orphans adequately, as there remains an ongoing necessity to provide assistance and support to sponsor the orphans present.
Solution
This project aims to assist 100 orphans in the Gaza Strip and 100 orphans in northern Syria who have not had the chance to receive comprehensive support or whose assistance has recently been reduced or discontinued. The aid will extend beyond financial support; each orphan will be monitored periodically, and efforts will be made to address the challenges they encounter, whether at home or in school.
Long-Term Impact
The sustainable impact of our project is to nurture a child and protect him from dropping out of school and working in harsh conditions unsuitable for children. This year in the child’s life, during which he received this support, may be a pivotal moment that helps steer him away from a bleak future.
