All for Hope (referred to as ‘us’ or ‘we’) is a registered charity in the United States. All for Hope operates the website www.donationcenter.site (referred to as the Website).
These are the Terms and Conditions which govern each use you make of the donation payment services provided through the Website or through any third-party donation website. All websites that lead to a donation to All for Hope, will be referred to as the Website.
These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation that you make. Unless as specified by you (the donor), they do not form a contract allowing for future or successive transactions to be set up.
When you make a donation you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.
1. The donation services
All for Hope will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives. You can find out how we use donations received via the Website, by referring to our Annual Reports.
All payments through the Website are to be made by Stripe, credit card or payments can be made via direct bank transfer. Once you confirm to proceed with your donation via Stripe or credit card, your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider.
2. Unauthorised payments
If you are suspicious about a payment that has been made in your name without your authorisation please notify your bank or card provider.
If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.
3. Information from you
Before we can process a donation you must provide us with the amount that you wish to donate and details of the Stripe account or credit card that you wish to use to fund the donation. We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information. When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them.
You are not obliged to leave your personal details including your name, address or email address in order to donate. However, you have the option to leave your email address. In such case that an email address is given, All for Hope will contact you directly to thank you for your donation and to invite you to join the All for Hope mailing list.
We do not share your personal detail with any other third party other than is set out in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. General
We reserve the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions at any time. These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions are governed by United States law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States courts.
